Downloading products
You have sixty (60) days to download purchased items. If you do not download a product within sixty days, you must repurchase it in order to download. Be sure to back up your purchases in a cloud account or on your local computer.
Copy licenses
Our business relies on the purchase of one original score per voicing and a licensed copy for each singer—as well as the purchase of additional licenses in the future when more copies are made. (For example: For a 30-voice choir, you would buy a license to make 30 copies.)
You may add copy licenses at the time of purchase of a score, or you may buy additional copy licenses for a previously purchased score.
Refunds and returns
Downloadable products (mp3 singles, digital albums, scores, etc.) are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item(s) before you complete the transaction.
Our refund and returns policy for physical media (CDs) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
